Currency
All prices on the website are displayed in either C$ (Canadian Dollars) or US$ (US Dollars). You can select the desired currency at the top of the website. At checkout, all credit card orders will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are using US$ to shop, you will see the estimated US$ amount followed by the actual C$ amount that will be charged on your credit card. We use a dynamic exchange rate which updates the USD to CAD conversion every 4 hours.
Shipping processing time
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
Shipping Rate and Delivery
All orders will be shipped via USPS at a flat rate.
Return & Refund
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us if you wish to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
